Old Villas in Konstancin-Jeziorna: Villa Julia

Listed villa of the Warsaw manufacturer and brewery owner Karol Machlejd in the street "ul. Stefana Batorego 20". The plastered Neo-Renaissance brick building with decorated facade was built in the early 20th century and was equipped with two wooden verandas. In the decorated gable there is an inscription "Julja", a reference to the dedication to his wife. The house remained in a largely authentic condition until today and is inhabited by the descendants.
